Frequently Asked Questions

Is there really a free tier?
Yes. During beta, all features are available for free. When paid plans launch, the free tier remains.
What counts as an event?
Events include logins, token exchanges, password resets, and other authentication actions. Static asset loads do not count.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you outgrow the Free tier, contact us for an Enterprise plan. Your data and configurations carry over.
Do you support ORCID for academic use?
Yes. W-ID has native ORCID integration, including publication listing, and it is included in all plans.
